What are your opening hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Outside these hours you can also contact your specialist, see ons team.
In addition to the holidays, we are also closed on Good Friday and the day after Ascension Day.
Can I schedule an appointment?
We adapt our approach to your needs. Our contact can be efficient and where possible digital or take place in your own familiar surroundings. But even better: we strive to make a visit to our office feel like coming home.

Our address is Erasmuslaan 5 in Utrecht.
How do I get to your office?
Parking is available in front of the door (paid).
From Utrecht Central Station take bus 8 in the direction of Wilhelminapark (get off at stop De Hoogstraat).

What happens to deeds signed at Hermans & Schuttevaer notaries' office?
Justine, Inge and Annick first worked at the firm Hermans & Schuttevaer Notarissen. The deeds signed by Justine or in Justine’s protocol (you can see this at the beginning of the deed) have moved with them to JULI Notaris.
Some of these deeds we keep in our office, older deeds are kept in an external archive. Also, many of the deeds are digital.
I have a complaint. Where can I file it?
What are your rates?
We stand for open and honest communication. We also show this in responsible pricing and clear agreements. We charge a fixed hourly rate and where possible we can make a fixed price agreement. We do not charge office fees.
